Why not book Zumba/Dance Fitness for your School Sport program?
These programs will help increase the students self-esteem, creativity, fitness and movement to rhythm. Zumba sessions are typically about an hour long and incorporate hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, as well as some strengthening exercises. Zumba creates an up-beat atmosphere and an exciting environment that will keep them active and having fun the entire class.
